What is that you say?  Greens, onions, mushrooms, beans, berries and seeds.  These are the foods that are anti-cancer.  Cruciferous greens are best.  Shallots are the best onions along with New York bold, Northern Red and Western Yellow.  White button, white stuffing, cremini, portobello,
reishi, maitake mushrooms are best.  And of course, all beans, berries and seeds are good.  So everyday eat some greens and chop of some onions and mushrooms and some beans and go to town.  Also, make sure you eat slow and chew your food.  The only way to release those anti-cancer nutrients is to thoroughly chew your greens and everything else you eat.  You want to know more check out Dr. Fuhrman's website here.
